How Do I Book a Coach Tour with JJ Travel?

We offer several easy and convenient ways to book, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

Online Website Bookings

You can book directly through our website at any time.

  • Our online booking system is 100% safe and secure

  • All payments are processed using trusted, encrypted payment providers

  • Your personal and payment details are fully protected

Once your booking is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all your tour details.

  • A non-refundable deposit of €100 per person is required at the time of booking for all tours (excluding day trips)

  • Our team can answer questions, explain the itinerary, and assist with special requests

Do You Offer Gift Vouchers?

Yes! JJ Travel gift vouchers make a thoughtful and practical gift for any occasion.

  • No expiry date

  • Can be used towards any JJ Travel tour or trip

  • Available all year round

They’re especially popular for birthdays, anniversaries, Valentine’s Day, Easter, and Christmas – and are a lovely option for parents or grandparents who enjoy travelling.

Can I Request Special Requirements?

Absolutely. We do our best to accommodate individual needs and encourage customers to let us know at the time of booking if they have any special requirements.

These may include:

  • Dietary requirements

  • Walk-in shower requests

  • Room location preferences (for example, close to a lift or beside a friend’s room)

Please note: walk-in showers and specific room locations are subject to hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed, as hotels have a limited number of these rooms.

Are Your Coach Tours Suitable for Elderly Passengers?

Yes. Many of our tours are very popular with older travellers. We plan itineraries carefully to avoid rushing, include regular comfort stops, and choose activities that are suitable for a wide range of abilities.

Will There Be Plenty of Rest Stops?

Yes. All journeys include regular comfort and leg-stretching stops, and our longer tours are planned with passenger comfort firmly in mind.

What If I’m Travelling Alone?

Many of our customers travel solo and enjoy the friendly, relaxed atmosphere on board. Coach tours are a great way to socialise while still having your own space when you want it.

How Do Payments Work?

Day Trips

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking

  • No deposit applies

All Other Tours

  • A non-refundable deposit of €100 per person is required at the time of booking

  • The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 weeks before departure
