Cancellation Policy

Booking Terms & Conditions At JJ Travel, we aim to make the booking process as clear and straightforward as possible. Please read the following booking terms and conditions carefully before confirming your booking. Gift Vouchers Gift vouchers are available to purchase and make the perfect gift for any occasion, including birthdays, anniversaries, Valentine’s Day, Easter and Christmas. • No expiry date • Can be used towards any JJ Travel tour or trip • Available all year round Special Requests If you have any special requirements, please let us know at the time of booking. This may include: • Dietary requirements • Walk-in shower requests • Room location preferences (e.g. close to the lift or beside a friend’s room) Please note that walk-in showers and specific room locations are subject to hotel availability and cannot be guaranteed, as hotels have a limited number of these rooms. Payment Details •Day Trips: Full payment is required at the time of booking. No deposit applies. •All Other Tours: A non-refundable deposit of €100 per person is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 weeks before the departure date. Cancellations & Group Booking Policy Due to circumstances beyond our control, the following conditions must apply: Group Bookings Group bookings must be cancelled at least 6 weeks before the departure date Cancellations made within this timeframe are non-refundable, and non-transferable Hotels and restaurants require advance payment, and late cancellations result in charges that JJ Travel cannot recover. Unfortunately, this practice cannot continue as it causes significant losses. General Terms All bookings are subject to availability Prices may change due to factors outside our control JJ Travel reserves the right to amend itineraries if required for operational reasons By confirming a booking, you agree to these booking terms and conditions Cancellations made within this timeframe are non-refundable, and non-transferable Need Help?
